This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving routine to moderately complex property claims across Personal, Commercial, and Farm lines. You will play a key role in delivering a strong customer experience while ensuring claim outcomes are fair, accurate, and aligned with policy and regulatory requirements. Schedule & Location: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role is remote and territory-based, requiring residence within or relocation to West or Central Ohio, ideally within the Dayton to Columbus region.
