Position Summary:   The Commercial Lines Trainee will acclimate to the insurance industry initially through the Best Account Management (BAM) training course. The course is designed to help early career professionals gain knowledge in 3 phases: BAM I - General Introduction to Insurance industry; BAM II - Coverages and technical tools used at our organization in client service, and; BAM III - How to execute tasks in client service or account management (i.e. Endorsements, Policy Changes, issuing certificates, marketing, etc), direct shadowing of working professional.
