Description The Treasury Management Service Specialist II – Specialized Mortgage Solutions (SMS) supports clients within the mortgage ecosystem by delivering high‑touch, specialized treasury management onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service support. This role focuses on residential and commercial mortgage servicers, mortgage originators, lenders, and related real estate organizations that require complex custodial, operating, and control account structures. The Specialist II partners closely with SMS Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Product teams to ensure precise execution, regulatory adherence, and an exceptional client experience in a highly regulated and operationally complex environment.
