The Property Large Loss General Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex property insurance claims involving significant structural, commercial, or high-value residential losses. This role requires expert technical knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage large-scale claims from initial assignment through final resolution while providing superior customer service to policyholders, agents, and internal partners. Qualifications: 15+ years of property claims adjusting experience, including handling large or complex losses. Active Adjuster License(s) as required by state (or ability to obtain). Strong technical knowledge of property construction, building codes, and repair methodologies.
