Job Description: Job Summary:   The Premium Accounting Associate handles a large volume of service requests through Premium Accounting email and Diamond workflow.  The Premium Accounting Associate processes return premium refunds and posts daily premium payments.  The Premium Accounting Associate provides excellent customer service to Hallmark agents and policyholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties assigned as needed. Post incoming accounts receivable (AR) payments to Diamond Billing from various payment channels including Speedpay and mailed-in payments. Balance daily AR posting to Diamond system reports and reconcile discrepancies. Prepare and upload bank deposit via remote capture to bank. Post returned payment items to policies.
