The Claims Admin Supervisor oversees operations of a team of Claims Assistants, which may include one or more of the following functions: human resources, customer service, support and training on internal systems.
This is a hybrid position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for directing a team of Claims Assistants in their day-to-day operations, ensuring employees have all the tools and resources needed to be successful in their role
Identify, analyze, and solve escalated problems outside of standard processes
Ensure staff compliance with Workers’ Compensation laws and mandated regulatory reporting requirements
Direct training efforts for new employees and oversee ongoing training for existing staff
Responsible for the quality of service provided by Claims Assistant team
