The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with our enterprise customers. You will be working closely with customers to promote retention and provide an overall positive experience. You will engage with existing customers to align business outcomes, creating clear success criteria and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will work under the Professional Services department while building cross functional relationships with the Sales team and IT/engineering production teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and deliver successful outcomes that align with the expectations defined and agreed upon in sales and project requirement documents
