Job Description: Job Summary:   The Premium Accounting Associate handles a large volume of service requests through Premium Accounting email and Diamond workflow.  The Premium Accounting Associate processes return premium refunds and posts daily premium payments.  The Premium Accounting Associate provides excellent customer service to Hallmark agents and policyholders.
