Overview The Worker's Compensation Subrogation Adjuster is responsible for prompt and independent review of subrogation claims through effective coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and interaction with insureds, claimants, adverse parties and counsel. This adjuster  is often assigned to mid-size or mid complexity claims in the Line of Business across multiple jurisdictions.  Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values.
