Summary:   Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Office Administrator who is passionate about working with our team and being the “go to person” in our office. As the Office Administrator, you are also responsible for providing support to our entire team and being the “face” of our office. In this role, you will: Manage Reception desk/answer phones and direct calls.  Manage all office administration tasks, including general office and business supply orders, equipment maintenance, maintenance of files and overseeing general office appearance and repair issues.  Manage incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence on a daily basis.  Support service staff with printing/preparing client deliverables (e.g. BAGs, proposals).  Support hiring managers with new hire onboarding and processing; train associates on phone and other office systems and programs; order business cards; prepare work space.  Coordinate information technology in conference rooms; i.e. video...
