Description Summary: The CRE Credit Manager II, within the Commercial Real Estate segment, coordinates with Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers to prepare and approve underwriting packages for renewals, extensions, and modifications of existing loans for assigned regions as well as completion of covenant testing and annual reviews.      Duties and Responsibilities:                                     Manage maturities by working with Relationship Managers early in the process and underwriting and approving renewals, extensions, and modifications.
