Shift bidding process based on seniority.  Status – Regular Full Time   Under general supervision, set-up, monitor, operate, and maintain digital printing systems. Responsible for the safe, efficient, and economical operations to meet daily production goals within job and quality specifications. Operate digital printers at a level that meets production and quality requirements. Read and execute job tickets within customer quality requirements. Maintain quality while attaining a high speed of output. Use the print management system effectively. Understand and use proofs in checking printing attributes. Produce jobs utilizing the most cost-efficient method of production and/or programming. Contribute to ongoing quality improvement programs. Perform basic scheduled maintenance procedures.
