SUMMARY Responsible for leading the enterprise Agent Enablement arm, providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight across all agent related functions, including Agent Experience, Agent Administration, Agent Engagement, Agent Communications, and Sales Learning. This role ensures agent enablement strategies are integrated, aligned to Segment Sales priorities, and designed to support agent effectiveness and consistency.
