The Claims Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of direct reports, ensuring all quality, productivity and customer service criteria are met while adhering to company policies and procedures. The Claims Supervisor position is integral to the success of the company and requires regular and consistent attendance, supporting the goals of the claims department and CorVel. The Pharmacy Specialist will work to support people who have been injured on the job. This role will respond to departmental inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits for pharmacy lines of business. The Pharmacy Specialist works closely with pharmacies, claims adjusters, providers, claimants and other CorVel offices to quickly and professionally answer questions. This position is not quota driven, nor is this a “scripted” position. This role requires a service minded individual, active listening and pro-active problem solving skills to be successful.
