In this impactful role, you will design and deliver training programs that support onboarding, technical development, and long‑term growth across our commercial P&C organization. As the expert guiding our internal learning strategy, you’ll partner closely with leaders and subject matter experts to build a modern, scalable curriculum that stays aligned with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving client needs.
