Job Summary: The Claims Administrator supports the VP of Risk Management by processing incoming claims, coordinating communication with clients and carriers, and assisting throughout the claims management cycle. Essential Functions: Review and determine policy coverage for incoming claims. Intake and document claims from email, fax, and other sources; update claim system accurately. Investigate and evaluate claims for denial, subrogation, or potential fraud. Prepare initial action plans and maintain required records, including workers’ compensation documentation.
