The Agency Relations Supervisor (Hybrid) leads and supports a team of Marketing Representatives to ensure consistent execution of distribution objectives within assigned territories. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, reinforcing performance standards, coaching representatives, and ensuring agency activity aligns with established growth and profitability goals.
