The Software Developer (Hybrid) is responsible for developing, coding and testing programming tasks assigned by senior staff members. This individual will perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established development procedures and data processing requirements. Duties & Responsibilities:  Create and modify software to implement business processes. Code, test and debug software utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming methods. Refine data and format final product. Test and develop programming modifications.
