The Accountant is responsible for collection and analysis of raw data, preparation of various spreadsheets and reports, and compiling the company’s financial statements. Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy of financial and operation reporting, resolve problems, and improve performance of the department. Compile financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Processing with a specialization in one or more of the following: premiums, losses, IBNR, reinsurance, investments, expenses, tax work preparation, fixed assets/W-2, 1099’s. or another area of finance.
