The Auto Operations Supervisor prioritizes and settles a variety of claims issues arising from coverage and payment of damages. They provide oversight to the operations team members regarding the quality, experience, fraud and compliance, as it relates to claim settlement practices. They are responsible for the oversight of the quality assurance, EFW, special projects and the claim experience program to prevent compliance issues with regulation and organizational strategy. They formulate mitigation plans that drive performance as it relates to results of compliance reviews. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage requests for time off for personnel under their supervision.
