Sentry is seeking motivated college students for our Customer Service & Operations (CS&O) Co-op in El Paso, TX. This program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and exposure to the insurance industry as a possible long-term career path. The program encourages a learning mindset through training opportunities, business unit overviews, job shadowing, and networking aligned to students’ career interests. As a Customer Service Representative within our contact center, you will play a critical part in providing services to insureds, claimants, and others relating to the “First Notice of Loss” reports.  As Sentry’s promise to be there for our customers during their time of need, you’ll provide technical support for the processing of claims.
