Sentry is seeking motivated college students for our Customer Service & Operations (CS&O) Co-op in El Paso, TX. This program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and exposure to the insurance industry as a possible long-term career path. The program encourages a learning mindset through training opportunities, business unit overviews, job shadowing, and networking aligned to students’ career interests.
