Description Summary: The Operations Customer Service Specialist Sr - OPS supports internal colleagues and external Huntington customers by processing escalated and highly complex inquiries and/or requests related to Huntington products and services. Duties & Responsibilities: Provides in depth support and guidance to customers and colleagues, leveraging detailed knowledge of procedures. Organizes work flow for designated work group.
