ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned. Coordinate daily scheduled claims distribution (all insurance lines, all clients) to associates for setup, including handling of multiple claim reports inboxes. Claims entry and maintenance as needed. Phone coverage as needed. Collaborate with team lead in maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation of claims entry standards and practices. Collaborate with team lead in completing regular claim reviews (all lines) to monitor quality and adherence to processing standards. Collaborate with team lead in training, motivation, and coaching of claims associates. Execute temporary and ongoing special projects for clients, including client requests for dedicated assistance and accessing client systems in order to process payments or carry out other clerical work.
