The Primary responsibility of this position is to assist external clients in the implementation. How You Will Contribute: Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation, serving as the primary vendor contact during the first 30 days and ensuring all lines of coverage (including COBRA) are set up accurately. Oversee Broker of Record (BOR) processing across all markets, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper submission to carriers.
