Associate Director / Super Yacht Practice Associate Director / Senior Broker – The Broker serves as the primary liaison between insurers and clients. This person is responsible for managing large client relationships, deploying placement expertise, actively working on production and contributing to achieving the Marine North America revenue growth targets.   The individual will support the Marine North America team by managing a more complex book of yacht business.  Will assist the practice in hitting its new revenue targets through development of the pipeline and participating in new business development presentations.   The individual will also be responsible for client-related documentation including but not limited to policies, endorsements, quote comparisons and required compliance forms.  The individual will also be responsible for managing claims within their book of business.
