This position will service East Central Indiana, in and around the Muncie-Fort Wayne-Indianapolis area.  The Field Sales Manager (FSM) will be responsible for profitable premium growth, agency development and territory performance within the Central, IN area. To accomplish this, the FSM will build and maintain strong relationships with independent agency partners to drive production, improve loss performance and expand market presence.
