Overview This individual will join the team that is responsible for civil litigation that arises from the P&C (Agribusiness) division of Zenith, and will NOT be involved in Workers Compensation litigation . Will serve as a primary in-house handling attorney on litigated and non-litigated insurance defense matters, with the responsible portfolio of cases being determined based on potential exposure and case complexity. The insurance defense practice areas will include civil personal injury, auto accident, and premises liability claims.  The incumbent may also assist in evaluating and potentially expanding the in-house handling of the Company's insurance defense matters.
