Description This role will be onsite at our Gateway office in Columbus, OH (or in Grand Rapids, MI) Summary: The Data Center Raised Floor Engineer 2's primary duties include initial implementation of technical designs. Primary duties include overseeing daily data center operations, leading teams of SmartHands technicians while ensuring consistent execution of standards, procedures, and best practices. The role includes supervising facility operations such as power, cooling, cabling, and Colo assigned SmartHands services. Ensures rapid incident response, drives up time and SLA compliance, and leads change control, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions.
