Sr. Employee Labor Relations Representative This position is based out of our Grand Rapids location.  Occasional travel to our Detroit office will be required. Under minimal supervision, administer Employee and Labor Relations programs. Mitigate risk through the consistent and equitable application of policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements, federal and state employment laws and regulations. Utilize corporate and employee policies and procedures to resolve complex employee and management inquiries that arise as a result of daily work routines.
