We’re looking for an individual who will serve as the subject matter expert on our non-student health insurance and ancillary products. This is a highly visible, client-facing role for someone who is passionate about translating technical knowledge into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and external clients. You will become the go-to expert on student health and wellbeing products — mastering its capabilities, creating client-focused documentation, delivering product demonstrations, supporting RFP responses and guiding users to achieve maximum value through best practices and tailored solutions. This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department and Sales Team. This includes responsibility for completing, coordinating, and preparing proposals, maintaining promotional materials, coordinating, and preparing for conferences, and assisting in the development of new marketing materials.   This position is based in Grapevine, Texas; the candidate will be expected to be in-office full-time for a minimum of 90 days with potential for hybrid arrangement following that time.
