Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for ensuring all functions regarding set-up, waivers, eligibility, enrollment and customer care are completed. This includes responsibility for processing new data or changes into the various systems, answering waivers, eligibility and enrollment questions or verifying status, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Your Impact Complete all incoming services tasks (as assigned to the CES-I role within the group) accurately and in a timely manner.
