Job Description The principal responsibilities of this position are to assist Brokers / Agents with product solutions and customer service issues, while maintaining client data files, supporting specific accounts with administrative, marketing and underwriting resources in working with selected insurance companies, as applicable. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Response via Phone & Email – Inbound & Outbound To Include: Process requests, changes, quoting and maintaining a book of business Data Entry into Agency Management System with accuracy and attention to detail Process communication, correspondence and materials related to policy changes, cancellation and reinstatements, certificates etc. Processing, opening and distributing incoming and outgoing mail as necessary Provide information to brokers and clients on available plan types and carriers Outlook Utilization Tasking, follow-ups to complete assignments Training and website navigation...
