Berkley Operating Unit (various locations) and is a key member of the executive leadership team fo that business. The CUO is responsible for the strategic planning and overall management of the underwriting discipline to ensure profitable growth. In collaboration with other departments, this role will be responsible for developing and executing the Operating Units underwriting strategy, with the goal of maximizing shareholder value and risk-adjusted returns.
