Job Description Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Operations & Process Excellence to join our Treasury team .  This role will be responsible for overseeing the transformation of Sompo’s Treasury and Investment operations. Reporting to the Global Treasurer and a trusted advisor to the Global Treasurer, Chief Investment Officer, investment professionals, and regional Treasurers, the incumbent will oversee Investment Operations and develop a road map to streamline the end-to-end Treasury and Investment operations process. The role will be a key stakeholder for the Regional Treasury teams as they develop processes to streamline local processes.  The incumbent will work closely with internal and external auditors to review process design and controls.
