This role is pivotal in transforming the Claims customer journey by aligning AI capabilities with the Claims strategy, enabling enhanced claim outcomes, process and experience. This leader will oversee a mature portfolio of production solutions and develop new Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
