The P&C Programs Senior Underwriter is responsible for the execution of all underwriting initiatives and directives in the P&C Programs division, which are developed in coordination with the CUO and the Team Leader of Underwriting, P&C Programs.  This position is responsible for insuring referrals for assigned programs are underwritten in alignment with program goals and strategies.  The senior underwriter will consistently review program results; claim activity; referrals and marketplace intel to make recommendations to appropriate Program Mgr. and Team Leader that will improve the results of assigned programs.
