This role is responsible for handling auto physical damage claims from intake through resolution, delivering timely, accurate outcomes while providing a high level of customer service. You will play a key role in creating a smooth and supportive claims experience for our policyholders and partners. Schedule & Location: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 in-office days per week at our Hastings, Michigan headquarters.
