Description Liberty Mutual has an immediate opening for an experienced Claims Professional to join our Commercial Casualty Complex Claims Team.   The Senior Technical Claims Specialist determines coverage, investigates complex and highly complex Commercial Casualty claims, determines liability, sets and adjusts reserves, evaluates the claim, negotiates a settlement, authorizes and resolves the claim. The selected person will demonstrate a high level of expertise and sound judgment in complex matters and may act as a subject matter expert.   This role includes evaluating policies/manages claims for Liberty Mutual and Helmsman customers/accounts. Description Under direct supervision, develops the knowledge and skills needed to conduct thorough investigations, make decisions about liability / compensability, evaluate losses, negotiate settlements and manage an inventory of commercial property/casualty and disability claims by participating in a comprehensive training program, one-on-one mentoring, and on-the-job training. Assists in providing service to policyholders/customers on mid-sized and/or large commercial accounts.   Training is a critical component of your success, and that success starts with reliable attendance. Attendance and active engagement during training are mandatory.
