Guardian is seeking a  Lead Salesforce Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Flow, JavaScript, REST APIs, Agentforce and event-driven integrations.   This role required hands-on requiring deep Salesforce development, enterprise integration, full lifecycle application development and ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.    You Will    Design, implement and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration tools Design and implement Salesforce data models and relationship structures, including Person Accounts, household relationships, financial accounts, financial holdings, and other relevant FSC capabilities. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert on the Annuity Product Management and Development Team and provide system expertise in all aspects of the design, development, maintenance, launch, and sale of Guardian’s individual annuities while working with large and diverse cross-functional teams and outside business partners and vendors. Requirements: Minimum requirements : Expert-level knowledge of annuity product design, administration systems, and product configurations.
