Description Summary: The Facilities Technician I is considered remote; however, will need to be in the Houston Texas area and will manages retail & corporate bank properties in various counties around the Houston Texas area.   They are an emergency responder - on call and overtime is mandatory based on business need.   Primary focus is to self-perform 40-60% of maintenance work.
