Description Summary: Our Commercial Real Estate Group has an excellent entry level position available for an individual looking to gain more experience in the commercial real estate lending field. Duties & Responsibilities: Gather and analyze all financial and business information to determine credit worthiness for loans. Prepare a written evaluation of borrowers' financial condition and future outlook, as well as identify strengths and risks associated with our relationship sponsors and guarantors. Obtain and follow up on all required documents. Monitor financial reporting requirements and obtain and analyze financial and loan information.
