Job Title: Accounting and Finance Rotational Trainee Location: Houston, TX Employment Type: Full-Time TMHCC’s Accounting and Finance Rotation Program (24 months) is designed to progressively build the trainee’s knowledge and provide a foundational understanding of Accounting & Finance through formal rotations, on the job training, and professional development. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who wish to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting functions. The Trainee will rotate through 4 major accounting disciplines during the program – General Accounting, Reinsurance Accounting & Insurance Operations, Tax, Internal Audit & Controls.
