The Employee Benefits Account Manager supports the maintenance, growth, and servicing of assigned employee benefits accounts by coordinating new business and renewal marketing, underwriting activities, and day-to-day client service needs. This role works closely with clients, carriers, and producers to provide benefit plan support, assist with claims and administrative issues, maintain accurate account records, and ensure timely processing of account activities.
