Risk Strategies, now part of Brown & Brown, is seeking an Account Manager with experience in servicing employers and employees with their insurance benefit needs. Applicants should be able to present, discuss, and educate employers on various insurance solutions and assist in the application of those solutions with the clients’ employee population. Your Impact : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships. Understand client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate insurance products and services. Manage the renewal process for existing accounts, including market negotiations, proposal preparation, and presentation.
