OBJECTIVE
Senior HRIS Analyst Objective To manage, administer, process, and distribute employee information maintained in the automated HR/Payroll system and in other networked software programs for the Michigan Farm Bureau and its Affiliated Companies and the Management Assistance Program (MAP) companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior HRIS Analyst Responsibilities Administer and maintain the automated HR system for all the Michigan Farm Bureau and its Affiliated Companies and the MAP companies. Analyze system for most efficient use and determine future HR system software needs of the Human Resources Department (HRD). As system administrator of the HR system, maintain communications between the Human Resources Department and Payroll Services and coordinate upgrades as necessary.
