SUMMARY:   Primarily responsible for expediting agent issues by analyzing internal business factors to produce immediate solutions. Assists agents with inquiries related to underwriting rules, procedures, regulations, and Audit issues. Mentors Renewal Specialists with complex agency/insured questions and policy information.
