OBJECTIVE Senior Commercial Service Center Representative Objective To provide excellent customer service to commercial policyholders, Farm Bureau Insurance agents and their staff in a prompt and professional manner. To proactively research and resolve policy issues, promote additional coverages for customers, and address questions and concerns from customers by providing commercial lines information via the telephone, e-mail, and interactive chat while documenting activities and reporting back to agent offices. To retain knowledge of commercial acceptance and rejection rules and guidelines, pricing, classification, and hazard recognition.
