OBJECTIVE Data Engineer Objective To build, manage, optimize, and assist in the design of data pipelines in support of information, analytics, and strategic business needs across the enterprise. RESPONSIBILITIES Data Engineer Responsibilities Identify and understand source data systems and data flow between systems. Recognize changes in those systems and assess impacts on data pipelines. Adapt data pipelines to accommodate modifications triggered by source system changes or business requirements.   Work closely with other IT or business personas while participating on projects.
