Job Description The Commercial Insurance Account Manager – Captive Programs is an experienced insurance professional responsible for servicing and supporting clients participating in group or single-parent captive insurance programs. This role serves as the primary, and/or manager of a team that serves as the primary, day-to-day contact for captive members, coordinating with carriers, TPAs, captive managers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery.
